So this guy Mel Ramos is a total GEEEnius from the 1970’s who is considered on of the strongest figures of the Modern Art Movement. He makes SUPA FINE art which is totally relevant to bath captain because of this equation:

Fine Art + Nudies + Popular Brands + Bewbs = Awesomeness

If you look closely enough at his work you can see that he is actually painting celebrities. Some of his work is done as a tapestry (he weaves that shit muthafucka) or as paint on tin (like the old tin posters from the 50’s) or as a llithograph (bitches!). I looked at these with my bebe last night- we decided to buy up a bunch of his work and hang it all over our house. This way I’ll have a permaboner, and if it last for more than 4 hours I’ll have to call a doctor.

Too bad most of his work is priceless- or around $1800 for copies. Maybe someday- in the meantime here are a few of my favorites

Uma Thurman / Lifesavers

Rochelle Welch / Vantage Cigs

Cindy Crawford / Doublemint Gum

Cindy Crawford / Dunkin Donuts

Leticia Casta / McDonalds Fries

How is this the first time I have seen this stuff. It’s marketing genius, I now have the urge to get some velveeta and pack my pockets with lifesavers and doublemint. That is the definition of random awesomeness nicely done!
