For some reason there has been an awful lot of poo-pooing from the conspiracy theory crowd claiming that the USA, and more broadly man kind, never made that first step and ultimately giant leap to the Moon’s dusty surface. The conspiracy crowd has been starting to gain some traction with claims that the landing was faked and that a human being could never survive the torrent of nuclear radiation in the void of outer space. We’ll, NASA just gave them the finger. Obviously sick of all those tin-foil-hat wearing loonies throwing their two-cents in on one of humanities greatest accomplishments, NASA has finally released the first images of the Lunar Lander sitting on the Moon in 40 years. BITCH SLAP!
Why exactly did it take NASA 40 years to finally get these, albeit, grainy and slightly unconvincing pictures to the public? Who cares! I’m going to get drunk and moonwalk like a motherfucker. WE MADE IT TO THE MOON!
