Just when you thought it was safe to say that the Japanese may have burnt out their last brain bulb on weird and funny yet strangely alluring and practical products that no one would ever really want but you have to have, they totally blind-side you with this little wonder: the Shoulder Umbrella. It’s a hands-free umbrella. Why wasn’t this invented 100 years ago? I don’t know. Don’t think about it too hard, you’ll give yourself a headache.
